What is Newcastle Law Academy ?
Newcastle provides tuition support to students who study to obtain LLB
degree of one of the three Universities of the UK - University of London,
Northumbria at Newcastle and Wolverhampton. At Newcastle, we have one of
the most promising and dedicated teaching faculties preparing the students
for their examinations that take place at the British Council.
How can I qualify to do LLB ?
You have to have 2 A Levels for London and Northumbria entrance and 1 for Wolverhampton. We offer A levels in law and Government and Politics so that successful completion you can proceed to the LLB courses. We also conduct the Holborn College Law Foundation Programme, a no less attractive substitute to the A Levels. This guarantees a Wolverhampton place. You may also enter LLB if you have qualification at the degree level from a recognized Bangladeshi educational institution. Students with 'O' Levels or pass in the HSC can enter A Levels.
How long will it take to complete the courses ?One year for the Foundation Programme and A Levels, three or four years for the LLB depending on the degree and routes.
How will I be assessed ?At Newcastle you will attend lectures, seminars, take mock examinations. Your final examinations will be conducted and marked by the respective Universities.
